The Workforce Balanced Score Card informs the local community of the progress of NFWDB in achieving federal standards, as it relates to providing employers and job seekers with necessary services. Currently, this report is still under development. When the Balanced Score Card is released, it will be updated on a quarterly basis.

The quarterly measuring periods are:

1st Quarter July 1–September 30
2nd Quarter October1–December 30
3rd Quarter January 1–March 30
4th Quarter April 1–June 30
